Collage Art & Vision Boarding

As the days begin to stretch and wake up from winter, many of us feel a natural stirring too—a creative urge to refresh and imagine what might bloom next.

Join Teresa of Ayur Yoga  and Cori of This Creative Day for a playful and creative workshop through the process of collage art and vision boarding.

We will explore questions like:

• What do I want to nurture and grow this season?

• How do I want to show up—at work, in relationships, and with myself?

• What ideas would help me live in closer alignment with my values?

Using images and words, you’ll create a visual reminder of what you want to bring into your everyday life.

You’ll leave with your very own creative guide for what’s next—something to return to as you explore and move through the months ahead.
